The Open Sea - Stampin' Up

Here's my first smaller Father's Day card using Stampin' Up stamp set The Open Sea

I am so pleased with this set as it stamps so cleanly and crisp. I have gone round the edges is various brown inks to create an ageing look.

I have used Gumball Green from the IN COLOURS Collection.

Bouquet of Hearts

Morning, today I am sharing with you an idea I have been thinking about for a while using some lovely Stampin' Up products!!!
At the moment I am designing for Valentine's Day and have been thinking about how lovely a bouquet of heart would be!

I've used Real Red ink and cardstock, Rich Razzleberry and Certainly Celery. The main red and purple hearts are stamped with a set from the new Spring/Summer Catalogue, as is the leaf stamp. Bakers twine and embossed hearts from current main catalogue.
Love you message is part of the Sale-a-bration promotion. For more details of Stampin' Up products, a free catalogue or to order, please contact me!

Jar of Hearts

Morning, today I am sharing with you some experimenting using Stampin' Up products!!!
At the moment I am designing for Valentine's Day and working with heart shapes and the Perfectly Preserved bundle!
I die cut some hearts using my Big Shot and Glimmer paper, coloured in using Regal Rose pen and added a gloss layer using Crystal Effects.

The ink bleeded into gloss so I have put this to one side for more thought!

In my second experiment I used my Sponge Daubers to stipple Regal Rose ink through the heart shaped waste from the above cut outs in a pattern the fits in the jar.

I then added a gloss layer using Crystal Effects which dried lovely over to create a glass look for the jar, very effective.
 :)

Here I have used Regal Rose cardstock for the background and hearts. Added details with Dazzling Details and Taffeta Ribbon.
Kindest Regards Sarah.
